Last night, BBC’s aired their new documentary The Big C & Me. Hot on the heels of the BAFTA nominated The C Word, starring Sheridan Smith, they continue to tackle this relevant personal topic.
The programme follows people living with cancer as they, and their loved ones, deal with daily life over twelve months.
It is a frank and honest look at each person and each family’s journey. You can still catch episode 1 on iPlayer.
I have a long experience coaching and mentoring.
I can help you to find what your priorities are, how to harmonise these with your real values and strengths, and how to implement them in practice.
I have an ability to facilitate learning and to motivate people, even in difficult circumstances such as a serious illness or under challenging circumstances.
I can also assist you in uncovering what is stopping you in achieving what you want or need, and in how managing these factors in a constructive manner, producing results in the short-term.
Helping to relate and communicate to others in all kind of environments, particularly when you are a caregiver or a patient, could be learned with some help from a specialist coach.
I can assist you and will be happy to do so.
