Carolina is one of the best professors I have had the pleasure of learning from. She went above and beyond to work hands-on with the students, and made the complex subject of Microeconomics simple for students who did not take the class in the past; from engaging with students in class to working one-on-one, Carolina was always approachable and truly cared about her student’s success in the classroom.
As a professional however, she knew that the principles of Microeconomics extended far beyond the classroom. We had the opportunity to take a trip to Bloomberg which was incredible to see how the industry works and get a glimpse of the professionals in action.
I took away so much from this course, none of which would have been possible without Carolina. I thought it would be appropriate to send this email as a testimony to her work at the Foundation of International Education, and the field of Microeconomics as a whole.
